The seller put wrong phone number on package so FedEx were unable to deliver it. Refused to help when I told them the problem so I never received the item. Absolutely terrible customer service, do not buy from this seller.
In response to the lies in seller's reply: Alibaba has my correct address and phone number, the seller entered the wrong phone number on the package which is why it wasn't delivered. Alibaba compensated me after the seller refused to do so.
